Forty-plus years of professional bass — touring, recording, jam sessions, and pickup work — across jazz, blues, R&B, soul, swing, Latin, and fusion. Currently based in Boynton Beach, Florida and actively connecting with the player community along the Palm Beach to Miami corridor.

What Russ Brings

Versatile bass voice that fits the room — from quartet jazz dates with the Dan Coy Quartet to blues recordings with Francine Reed and Kodac Harrison, Latin sessions with Henry Parrilla, and swing dates with League Of Decency. Equally comfortable in small-combo recording sessions and clinic / educational settings.
