X-Ploration Jazz

X-Ploration Jazz is a three to five piece jazz group I lead for corporate meetings, private events, and gatherings that want sophisticated entertainment. A duo or trio works for cocktail hour or an intimate setting; the full quintet handles a longer evening or a full performance to cap off the night.

The musicians I work with have years of experience performing for corporate and private clients. Our job is to set the tone — refined and elegant, but never overwhelming the conversation. Energy when you want it, out of the way when your guests need to talk.

The repertoire covers jazz standards and contemporary instrumentals, drawn from a deep book. I'll work with you on a setlist that fits the mood of the event — background music during dinner or breaks, a more energetic set later in the evening, or a feature performance to close out the night.
